Cap and processing time
Why a withdrawal cap is stated almost nowhere, and what stands in its place
The withdrawal limit is the figure that counts on the day something jams, and at 26 of 30 operators a reference to the VIP tier stands where the number should be. Three write that they set no cap at all. Exactly one states an amount.
The starting point is the same everywhere here: crypto casino comparison. Alongside: casinos without KYC, which game providers are in the lobbies.

What stands where the number should be
At 26 of the 30 operators compared, the withdrawal cap depends, according to their own terms, on the verification or VIP tier. No single figure valid for everyone is given. This is not an omission in the small print; it is the answer itself. The amount exists, it is simply attached to a status you do not hold before your first deposit.
So the quantity that decides everything in a dispute is unknown at the moment of deciding. Bonuses can be compared, coins can be compared, game counts can be compared — and on the question of how much money may leave the account in a week there is no comparable figure at all.
A cap that depends on a tier is a cap the operator will set later.
The three with no cap and the one with a number
Three operators write that they set no cap: BitStarz, Vave and Shuffle. That is a statement by the operators and not a check by us, and it belongs in the same category as every other self-declaration in this table.
Exactly one operator puts a figure on it: Cloudbet, at 2,200 dollars a day. One in thirty — that is the entire set of operators who put a number on the table before you register that you can actually calculate with.
Read coldly, the stated figure is the friendlier one even though it looks stricter. 2,200 a day converts into a waiting time. "Depends on your tier" converts into nothing.
What the number looks like when it is there
Looking beyond this table shows how rare the disclosure is and how uneven it becomes the moment it appears. In the editorial fact library, which covers 100 brands, 14 publish a cap.
The reference period already diverges: six count per week, five per month, two per day, one per individual withdrawal. Eight are written in euro, three in dollars, two in USDT, one in either euro or dollar. The range runs from 4,000 euro a day to a million USDT a week, and several of those clauses carry a number you can look them up by — clause 8 at Mirax, clause 12 at PlayAmo and at Oshi Casino, clause 6.10 at Bitcasino.io, clause 11.5 at Rocketpot.
Even so, those fourteen figures cannot be ranked. 4,000 a day and 20,000 a month are not the same kind of restriction, and which of the two is more generous depends entirely on how large the win was. A comparison that lines the amounts up and drops the period conceals half of the disclosure.
Processing time is not a cap
The two fields are routinely confused, and comparison sites do little to stop it. The cap says how much may leave. The processing time says how long the operator allows itself for approval. Approving a small tranche quickly is not paying out quickly.
All of those values are operator statements, not measurements. There is no account at any of these operators behind this page from which a withdrawal could have been timed, and where a figure comes from the operator it appears here as the operator's figure.
The blockchain is the smallest item in that sum anyway. What is being waited on is the internal approval, not the network.
Why the verification rule moves the cap
A cap only operates after approval, and approval hangs on the identity check. That is why the two fields have to be read together.
Among the 30 operators, 13 require the check before the first withdrawal with no amount threshold at all. Nine give no figure and reserve the check on a risk basis. Eight name an amount, and those eight amounts sit far apart.
At an operator with a tiered cap and a mandatory check that means: how much may leave each week is decided by the tier, and whether anything may leave at all is decided by the check. Which operators name a figure and which do not is set out on the verification page.
What is missing from our data
For none of the 30 entries in the withdrawal-limit column does our table carry the clause number from the contract text. The same goes for the processing time.
That is a gap in our research and not a statement about the operators. The provision is in their terms; the reference is what we failed to record when the data was collected. An empty field here means "not read" and is never turned into an advantage for the operator on this page.
For the 14 brands in the library the clause number is present, because collection there was done with the reference from the start. The difference between the two datasets is exactly that: not the care of the operators, but the care of the collection.
What can be settled before depositing
Three questions the terms will answer before any money is involved. First: is there a figure, and for what period? Second: which currency is it written in — a cap in euro against an account held in bitcoin is converted by the operator at its own rate. Third: what triggers the identity check, and is it required before the first withdrawal regardless?
Finding no answer is also an answer. What matters after that is the language you can ask in — 25 of 30 document support in English only — and the question of who may operate in Switzerland at all, which the Gambling Act answers.
